Part-Time Survey Assistant (Floor Plans)

We are a specialist *business rates consultancy* providing expert advice and support to clients across the UK. As part of our service, we require accurate floor plans of commercial properties to support valuations and appeals.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join us as a *Survey Assistant*. This is a field-based role where you will:

* Visit commercial properties (shops, offices, warehouses, etc.)
* Take basic site measurements and notes
* Produce simple floor plans using CAD software or drawing tools provided
* Liaise with our consultants to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

Training will be provided on our standards and processes.

Requirements

* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to measure and sketch property layouts confidently
* Comfortable travelling to different sites (car and driving licence required)
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Basic CAD/drawing software skills desirable (training can be provided)
