Job Title: Front of House (FOH) Team Member
Location: Burger Boi – Manchester Piccadilly
Pay: (rate discussed at interview)
Hours: dependent on Part time and full time hours
Role Overview:
Burger Boi Manchester Piccadilly is looking for confident, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. As a FOH Team Member, you’ll be the face of Burger Boi in-store, delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Taking customer orders accurately at the till
– Explaining the Burger Boi menu, deals, and promotions
– Handling cash and card payments responsibly
– Preparing front-of-house areas for service
– Keeping the service areas clean, tidy, and well-presented
– Following Burger Boi service standards and procedures
– Representing the Burger Boi brand positively at all times
Requirements:
– Confident English speaker
– Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality
– Strong customer service skills
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
– Reliable and punctual
– Smart and presentable appearance
– Previous FOH or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
