The Role
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have basic cooking skills, a positive attitude and good customer service skills. Experience in a catering or food service environment is an advantage, but full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

- Previous catering or food service experience
Key Responsibilities
The Catering Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day catering duties, including:
- Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
- General front and back of house counter duties
- Preparing food and other items for service
- Operating the till and processing customer payments
- Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
- Cleaning and maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout the work area
- Restocking supplies and ensuring the counter and service areas are well presented
- Completing paperwork and assisting with ordering supplies when required
- Supporting the wider team with general catering duties as needed
Training
Full training will be provided to the successful applicant, including training on the till, coffee machine and workplace procedures.
