*Role Overview:*
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Members to join our team. This role combines customer interaction, food and beverage service, and ensuring our venue remains clean, organised, and inviting at all times.

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant settings is advantageous, but not essential. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
* Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them efficiently
* Develop a strong knowledge of the food and drinks menu, including specials and promotions
* Ensure excellent customer service throughout the guest experience
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
* Support the team during busy service periods, including events and bottomless brunch sessions
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
