Challenge Point is an immersive gaming concept. Teams of 2 – 6 compete in a series of crazy gameshow style challenges with the aim of earning as many points as possible. The team with the most points at the end will then face the final round, and be in with a chance of winning some unique and insane prizes.
We’re looking for friendly, hard-working and dynamic individuals to join our team, on a part time basis. Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Friday availability would also be ideal), as this is where the bulk of your shifts will be. Midweek cover shifts will also be available. You must be available to work over the Easter and Summer period.
The duties of the role include chatting to our customers prior to their game and building up a rapport with them, guiding them around the facilities, crowd management, instructions on where to go and which game they are playing, monitoring them on CCTV cameras, and keeping score throughout the experience. We need enthusiastic, friendly and approachable staff to join our team!
We are highly CUSTOMER SERVICE orientated, so any and all experience in this area is ideal, but not strictly necessary. We do ask that applicants can speak and write English to a good level; have a great personal manner with people; be reliable; and maintain an organised approach to various tasks that may be delegated in the office, including administrative duties.
