* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
* Support kitchen staff with basic cooking and food preparation tasks as required
* Restock supplies and organise utensils, crockery, and ingredients for efficient service
* Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment
* Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the establishment by providing friendly service

*Requirements*

* Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
* Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food items
* Skills in meal preparation, cooking, and food presentation are advantageous
* Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional manner
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if required
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
