Mama Buci is seeking confident, friendly Sales Associates to represent our premium honey brand at Costco sampling stands.
This is a customer-facing role where you will engage shoppers, offer product tastings, and communicate the story and quality behind Mama Buci honey. The focus is on creating a warm, engaging customer experience that naturally leads to sales through product knowledge, personality, and connection.
Key Responsibilities
Engage proactively with customers at sampling stands
Offer honey tastings in a friendly and professional manner
Communicate key product information (origin, quality, and benefits)
Build rapport and encourage customer purchases
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented stand throughout shifts
Replenish stock and sampling materials as required
Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and Costco store procedures
Provide simple feedback on customer response and sales activity
Essential Requirements
Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to the public
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Comfortable in busy, fast-paced retail environments
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Willingness to learn product knowledge and basic sales techniques
Desirable Experience
Background in retail, hospitality, promotions, or sampling
Natural confidence in sales or storytelling
Interest in food products, wellness, or natural goods
Ability to work independently without close supervision
Additional languages (advantageous in high-footfall environments)
