Pharmacy Dispenser

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the pharmacy’s daily operations. * Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with pharmacy protocols
* Assist customers with their enquiries, ensuring clear communication and excellent phone etiquette and good English skills
* Organise medication stock and ensure proper merchandising on shelves
* Upsell relevant health products or services where appropriate, enhancing customer experience
* Maintain precise records of dispensed medications and customer interactions
* Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks such as data entry and inventory management
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
* Manage time effectively to handle multiple prescriptions efficiently during busy periods

*Experience*

* Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills in English ; bilingual ability is preferred
* Basic maths skills for accurate counting and dispensing of medication
* Good time management skills to ensure timely service delivery during shifts
* Ability to demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and effective phone etiquette at all times
* Knowledge of merchandising techniques and upselling strategies is a plus

Pay: £12.21-£15.30 per hour
