This role is mainly based at Manchester Student Homes (MSH), within a team of administrative staff.
MSH is a joint accommodation department run by The University of Manchester, Manchester
Metropolitan University and their student unions, to address the needs of students seeking
accommodation in the private sector. The MSH team provides a professional service offering
information and advice on all housing matters and promotes a positive working relationship between
landlord and student tenant.
The purpose of this role is to act as the first point of contact for all customers, providing general front
of house duties and supporting the delivery of services offered to customers and staff.
You will also have the ability to work effectively as part of a team, possess excellent organisational
and interpersonal skills and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
All applicants must have current full time student status at The University of Manchester or
Manchester Metropolitan University and have this status for the length of the employment period.
This post is available for a maximum of twelve months.
