Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organised HMO Lettings & Viewings Coordinator to join our team, primarily working during evenings and/or weekends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property viewings, coordinating lettings processes, and providing excellent communication with prospective tenants. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a passion for customer service within the lettings sector. The position is paid and suitable for applicants seeking flexible working hours.

The Role will cover viewings across Greater Manchester and Cheshire, the applicant will start and finish work from the office, and finish work at the office, the Applicant will have use of a Company Pool Car, and be provided with a Laptop and a Company Mobile Phone. A Full Driving Licence is Essential.

Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct property viewings in a professional and welcoming manner during evenings and weekends.
• Coordinate with prospective tenants to arrange suitable viewing times, ensuring efficient scheduling.
• Assist in the processing of lettings applications, including gathering necessary documentation and conducting initial screenings.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth lettings operations.
• Provide detailed feedback from viewings to relevant stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
• Support administrative tasks related to lettings, including updating databases and preparing reports as required.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional approach to client interactions.
  Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
• Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends while maintaining high standards of service.
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
