You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

* Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
* Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
* Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.

* Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services.
* Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
* Basic maths skills for processing payments accurately.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience.
* Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology is advantageous.
