Viewing Agent

*We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Property Viewer to join our team on a zero-hour contract. This flexible role is ideal for someone who wants experience in the UK property industry while working around other commitments.*

*You’ll be carrying out property viewings, key handovers, and occasional inspections at various times during the day, evenings, and weekends—depending on booking demand.*

*This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in property, lettings, and customer service. There is potential for this role to develop into a future full-time position for the right candidate.*

*Key Responsibilities*

*• Conduct property viewings in Manchester and surrounding areas.*

*• Complete basic inspections and report findings using our internal systems.*

*• Carry out tenant key handovers and check-ins/check-outs.*

*• Work closely with the Lettings Negotiator to schedule and confirm viewing appointments.*

*• Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants and represent the company professionally at all times.*

*• Ensure properties are secure after viewings and follow all company procedures.*

*• Communicate any property issues, maintenance needs, or risks to the team.*

*Location & Travel Requirements*

*While the role is primarily based in Manchester, we manage developments in Halifax, Hull, Bradford, and other nearby areas, so there may be opportunities—and occasionally requirements—to travel.*

*A willingness to travel is essential, and a valid driving licence is preferred (but not mandatory if you can use public transport effectively).*
